The CAP Center accepts donations of a variety of basic items for newborn babies and their teenage mothers who are unable to afford them. We often provide the mothers in our program with basic necessities for their children and themselves. Please feel free in clicking on one of the above logos to order needed items off the registry which will be sent directly to our office and given to needing families. The CAP Center provides the surrounding community the opportunity to host donation drives as a service to our clients. Our clients struggle financially and this is one way we can help relieve their financial burden a little. If you would like to host a donation drive, have questions regarding any donation drive or need to have the items picked up, please contact Heidi Parker at the CAP Center at either 214-370-9810 or hparker@excap.org. Thank you for your support.
- August through October: Baby Item Drive: The Baby Items will be given to our young mothers who have just given birth in order to help them care for their newborns.
- November through January: Diapers & Formula Drive: The Diapers and Formula will be given to our mothers with infants and toddlers that are having temporary financial difficulty purchasing these necessities.
- February through April: Child Safety Item Drive: The Safety Items will be given to our mothers with infants and toddlers in order to help create and ensure a safe home environment.
- May through July: School Supply Drive: The School Supplies will be given to our families with school age children or to our teen mothers who are attending high school, college or vocational programs.
